Subject Matter These Terms of Service govern the use of the website https://tipacciostudio.com and the relationship between Tipaccio Studio (Francesco Tipaccio) and Clients requesting software development, Discord bot, FiveM infrastructure, web applications, design engineering, and digital consulting services.

  2. Services Offered Tipaccio Studio provides customized digital development and consulting services.

  3. Intellectual Property

    The code, designs, and materials developed remain the property of Tipaccio Studio until full payment is made. Once the project is paid, usage rights are transferred to the Client as agreed.

  4. Client Obligations The Client undertakes to:

    Provide necessary information and materials in a timely manner Collaborate promptly during development Not use the services for illegal or unlawful activities

  5. Limitation of Liability Tipaccio Studio is not liable for:

    Indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third parties (hosting, Discord, etc.) Unauthorized modifications made by the Client or third parties to the delivered work Problems arising from third-party platform updates

  6. Confidentiality Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of technical and commercial information exchanged during the collaboration.

  7. Amendments Tipaccio Studio may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.
